Pure Natural Salt

With no chemical additives -just salt !

Note: Due to its natural state, the ground particles tend to stick together during storage. This is normal as there are no additives to keep the salt free flowing. You may need to carefully loosen a dose with a hard utensil or probe before mixing. We recommend using a teaspoon handle with a scraping action to re-grind the salt.

Pure salt is also normally available from most health stores. Do not use normal table salt as it is likely to have too many chemicals in it (e.g. lots of anti-caking agents) which are likely to irritate the sinuses.. If in doubt, check the label or ask a pharmacist.

Our recommendation for one neti-pot is to mix 1 spatula (included in salt pot) to 125ml of warm water at hand temperature.
