Ceramic Neti Pot

This delightfully designed ceramic Neti pot holds just enough water for thorough cleansing of each side of nasal cavity.

Recommendations: Mix a measure of finely ground, Pure salt (no additives) in the neti pot with warm water until the salt is completely dissolved. Turn your head to one side over a sink, keep the forehead at about the same height as the chin. Gently insert the spout into the upper nostril to seal it. Raise the neti pot until the water flows out the lower nostril. Repeat on the other side.
